📚 How to Use Lead-Spy
Getting started is easy. Here's how to find leads in your area:
Step 1: Select Your Area
Choose a jurisdiction (city/county) from the dropdown. We currently cover Florida and Colorado with more states coming soon.
Step 2: Draw Your Target Zone
Use the drawing tool to outline the neighborhood you want to target. Click to add points, then click "Finish Drawing" when done.
Step 3: Scan for Leads
Click "Start Scan" and watch as we analyze every property in your zone. We'll find all homes with roofs that are 20+ years old.
Step 4: Review Your Leads
See your results with property addresses, owner names, and mailing addresses. Choose how many leads you need from the areas you've scanned.
Step 5: Take Action
You have two options:
- Buy the list - Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF
- Send postcards - We'll print and mail for you
💡 Pro Tips
- Start small - Test with 100-200 leads before scaling up
- Use multi-drop - Sending 2-3 postcards increases response rates significantly
- Target older neighborhoods - Homes built in the 80s-90s are prime targets
- Track your results - Note which areas give the best response
